Please use the link below to begin the application process. Our rental application is 100% online and can be completed on a desktop, tablet, or smartphone. The full application takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Please have your ID and proof of income ready, and click the link below to get started. Please remember, that an application of $39 is required for each adult occupant which is non-refundable.

→ Income– Minimum income of 3 times the rent in consistent, verifiable gross monthly income.

→ Credit– Minimum credit score of 580 with no judgments, bankruptcies, or foreclosures in the past 5 years.

→ Rental History– Well qualified applicants will have 24 months of continuous, positive, verifiable rental history as a tenant. No evictions in the past 5 years.

→ Criminal History- Criminal records should contain no convictions for crimes involving violence, assault or battery,  manufacturing or distribution of illegal drugs or firearms within the past seven years, and no sexual offenses ever.

Yes! REAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT works with The Greenville Housing Authority across Greenville County to accept Housing Choice Vouchers participants. Our tempting array of rental homes includes spacious single-family houses, renovated duplex, and welcoming manufactured homes– many of which are attainable as an applicant with the Housing Choice Voucher. (RTA Package)

If an apartment is showing as active on our website, it is still available. Once an application is approved, we will immediately update the listing on our site to reflect the current status. If the approved applicant does not submit the deposit by their deadline, we will approve the next qualified application, or reactivate the listing and resume showings.

No, we cannot process applications before the home has been viewed in person. Any applications that are submitted “sight unseen” will be cancelled.

For your convenience, we’ve made our appointment scheduling available 24/7 utilizing our automated online appointment service. Simply click the blue “Schedule a Showing” button next to the property you are interested in, choose a showing time, answer a few questions, and your appointment will be booked! Alternatively, you can give us a call at (864) 881-1372 to schedule your appointment by phone.

Please read the confirmation emails and/or text messages thoroughly for detailed showing instructions. The communications sent will provide detailed instructions on how to access the home. Most of the time, you will go directly to the Rental Property.

We recommend that you bring any roommates and/or decision makers with you to the showing appointment. Rental properties go quickly and you may not have an opportunity to schedule a second showing before it’s gone.

We typically book showings back to back in a small geographic area. It’s important that you arrive on time, and keep your viewing to no more than 15-20 minutes.

No. We cannot accept any deposits until your rental application and supporting documents have been submitted and approved.

The Resident Benefits Package includes the following items: Online resident portal with access to your rent ledger and lease documents, mobile app, text messaging, online rent payment options, cash payment options, renter’s insurance, and easy online maintenance request options. All new residents of Real Property Management, LLC are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package, and cannot opt out.
