The security deposit is refunded only if all the following are satisfied:
(A) The period of lease has expired.
(B) No rent is owed.
(C) There are no damages and the property is cleaned up in a satisfactory manner, as when the property was leased to you
(D) At least 30 DAYS NOTICE TO VACATE is given. (Please read lease terms) Any deduction from the security deposit shall be itemized by the landlord within 30 days after tenancy is terminated, if a proper forwarding address is provided.
