Reinstating Terminated Tenancies

Real Property Management LLC, and , agree that the original  lease dated for the property located at was terminated  due to failure to pay rent when due or failure to correct lease violation. During mediation to reinstate said  lease agreement  both parties have agreed that all conditions under the original lease will remain in effect in respect of the obligations of both parties except for the following:

 This lease Addendum will be on a month-to-month lease term until further notice. understands that rent is always due on the 1st of the month. An eviction will be filed on the 6th for non-payment or any other unresolved lease violation after 14 days. Any further lease violation notice will carry a $35.00 fee per notice. All future rental payments will need to be paid in cash at any CVS Pharmacy before the 6th of the month. Residents can log in to their Buildium resident portal on their mobile device and use the Get PayCode button in their account to choose their store and retrieve the PayCode for that store. An inspection of the property must be completed by either the tenant via zTenant mobile app (Here) or a property management agent. Any tenant-related damages must be corrected. All other previous lease terms will remain the same. This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or Real Property Management L.L.C. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

"This is your notice. If you do not pay your rent within five days of the due date, the landlord can start to have you evicted. You will get no other notice as long as you live in this rental unit."

Real Property Management LLC, will enforce all right afforded in SECTION 27-40-710 of the South Carolina Code of Law. This agreement is only valid if the Property Manager has received and approved the tenant's most recent two paycheck stubs from their current employer and proof of rental insurance.
