Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8)
Helping you find an affordable rental home is an important part of our mission. REAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LLC works with The Greenville Housing Authority across Greenville County, to accept Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8 vouchers) participants. Our inviting array of rental homes includes spacious single-family houses, renovated apartments, and welcoming duplexes– many of which are attainable as an applicant with Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8 vouchers).
Initial Application Process
As a Housing Choice (Section 8) applicant, you are still required to go through the initial application process that is standard for all applicants, including:
- Filling out the application form and attaching/sending necessary documents to admin@moveoverhere.com
- Paying the non-refundable application fees ($49 per adult)
- Passing the screening / background check
Rental History
If your most recent residence is a rental property, you will need to provide a copy of the lease agreement and one of the following:→ six months of banks statements showing monthly rental payments
→ six months of canceled rent checks
→ six months of rent payment receipts. Applicants who are unable to verify recent rental payments may be required to pay a higher security deposit and/or higher monthly rent.
