- History: Favorable and verifiable rental history. No filed evictions (Rule to Vacate) within the past 5 years.
- Compliance: No breaking of lease agreements within the past 5 years.
- Criminal: No convictions for violence, drugs, or firearms within 7 years.
Acceptable Income Documentation
Bank statements and screenshots of deposits are NOT accepted as primary income proof.

1 full month of paystubs including Year-to-Date (YTD) totals.
