๐ NOTICE TO VACATE
60-day written notice required prior to lease end.
Provide forwarding address for deposit processing.
๐ช EARLY LEASE TERMINATION
Full lease responsibility (rent, lawn, utilities) continues until new tenant moves in.
One monthโs rent early termination fee applies.
๐ KEYS & MOVE-OUT LOGISTICS
Return ALL keys/remotes/passes by 5 PM on lease end date.
No after hours drop box, make arrange with the property manager
๐จ Keys = Legal Surrender. Holdover = Daily rent charges.
๐ UTILITIES
Keep utilities on through lease end.
Final meter readings & balances are tenant responsibility.
Do not shut off early without RPM written approval.
๐ TENANT PORTAL & PAYMENTS
Disable autopay manually before move-out.
RPM does not draft; overpayments will be refunded via check (within 10 days).
๐งน REQUIRED MOVE-OUT TASKS
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (REQUIRED)
General Cleaning: Must use RPM-approved cleaner
Carpet Cleaning: Must use RPM-approved vendor
(See lease for vendor contact or request list from office.)
๐ก Note: Leaving the property dirty will result in additional charges.
๐ชฐ REPAIRS
Please address these before turning in keys:
Broken blinds, knobs, closet doors, towel bars
Minor wall holes (๐ Do not spackle)
Tenant-caused damage (e.g. screens, cabinets, trim)
Once keys are returned, you may not re-enter to fix items.
๐ง GENERAL CHECKLIST
Replace all light bulbs
Replace HVAC filters
Replace smoke detector batteries
Replace drip pans
Remove:
All personal belongings
Trash, food, furniture, clothes
Clean all surfaces, fridge, bathrooms, appliances
No unauthorized paint colors (contact us if unsure)
๐ก YARD CARE (IF APPLICABLE)
Mow, edge, and weed flower beds
Trim hedges
Sweep porches/patios
Remove pet waste and related damage
๐งพ FINAL INSPECTION
Conducted after you vacate and return keys
Compared to Move-In photos and inspection
Security deposit processed within 30 days, less damages per lease
๐ท SHOWINGS (IF HOME IS RE-RENTING)
Showings may begin up to 60 days prior to lease end
24-hour notice required before entry
Keep home โshow-readyโ to reduce disruptions
Pets must be crated or removed during showings

Charges will be assessed per the RPM Move-Out Charge Sheet:
Cleaning starts at $250
Carpet cleaning: $85โ$100/room
Trash haul-off: $195+/load
Missing keys: $30 -75
Wall repaint: $350+/room
